How to register a house in a public property and commercial registry

Public Deed of Ownership

This document is obtained when buying a house and is certified before a notary, but in the registry registry, which has obtained legal validity. In the absence of a deed of the property, you must go to the notary from whom the document was issued and request a certified copy.


Purchase Agreement

If the former owner has previously registered a home, you must register the actions taken to transfer ownership and rights of that property to the new owner.
